AXIS LIFE uses Claude, an AI language model developed by Anthropic, to generate coaching responses. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
Any content you submit to AXIS LIFE — including messages, quiz answers, and session notes — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not use your conversation content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

AXIS LIFE offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans (Pro) with additional features. All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Profile → Manage Subscription option. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will never be charged without explicit consent.
All content, design, branding, and technology associated with AXIS LIFE — including the name, logo, interface, and coaching system — is owned by AXIS LIFE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
AXIS LIFE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXIS LIFE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, without limitation, any loss resulting from decisions made based on AI coaching responses, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account.
You may stop using AXIS LIFE at any time. You can delete your account directly from within the app (Profile → Delete My Account), or by emailing coach@axislife.net.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
